Harvard Barker Center: 12 Quincy Street, Cambridge

Day 1, Friday Sept. 22, the meeting will be held at Harvard’s Barker Center, situated on the corner of Quincy and Harvard Streets in Cambridge. The Barker Center is just a very short walk from the Harvard Square T stop, and if you drive, please check here for information on public parking the in square.

Doors open for Contexts and Fields: 8:30am

Please try to arrive between 8:30am and 8:50am. During this time, event volunteers will be at the entrance to the Barker Center to check you in and direct you to the event space. 

Doors open for Environment: Lab & Beyond Lab: 1:30pm

Please try to arrive between 1:30pm and 1:50pm. During this time, event volunteers will be at the entrance to the Barker Center to check you in and direct you to the event space. 

After checking you in, we will provide a COVID test kit. We will also provide masks to those of you who do not have one. We strongly encourage the voluntary use of masks.
