I am a PhD student in the sociology department. My research explores how political actors develop tactics, deploy ideology, and build collective identity, particularly on the right. I combine computational text analysis with qualitative methods to understand conservative mobilization in the US and Canada.
Research Interests: Contemporary social movements; political organizations; civil society; narrative development and diffusion; conservative and right-wing politics; Canadian politics; US politics; online activism; and transnational political linkages
