A partial solar eclipse will pass over Boston on Monday, April 8, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm! The greatest eclipse will occur around 3:30pm, when over 90% of the Sun will be covered by the Moon.

STAHR will likely be hosting an event on campus, but everyone with the ability to travel a couple hundred miles north to see totality is STRONGLY encouraged to do so. As an official student organization, we cannot officially approve of skipping class, but bear in mind that the next total solar eclipse will not visit the Lower 48 until 2045.
