Conversation Itineraries for Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Learners

Each Google Doc (links embedded in images below) contains guidelines that are

  1. Optional – Use content which you and your conversation partner find constructive and bypass the rest! Feel free to focus only on questions and prompts that interest you or advance your learning goals.
  2. Auxiliary – These resources are by no means a comparable replacement for language coursework, but can be used as a resource to supplement the linguistic forms and cultural insights you may have already learned.
  3. Open-ended – We know that real conversations in authentic communicative contexts don’t follow scripts. Our guidelines are interactive, designed to account for and facilitate the porosity and fluidity of real-life exchanges by allowing you to “choose your own adventure.”
