Description: This class will include a review of Harvard’s Cost Transfer Policies and Procedures, the responsibilities of approvers, identifying requirements and best practices for approval, and cost transfer resources. Attendees will participate in group discussions and work through examples and case studies.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand authorized approver responsibilities
- Identify requirements for Cost Transfer (CT) approval
- Recall the naming convention and documentation required for CTs
Audience: Anyone responsible for the drafting, reviewing, or approving of cost transfers.
Prerequisites:
- Review the Cost Transfer Policy
- Complete the Intro to Cost Transfer (University-wide) online course (Required).
