The PhonLab had a successful pilot run for our new study investigating articulatory timing in Medumba. Dr. Kathryn Franich, PI, and Eliana Spradling, lab manager, were joined by Dr. Jason Shaw (Yale) to lead a mini tutorial on EMA data collection for Harvard and MIT students interested in the field. Students were instructed on the methodology and were given the chance to engage in the experiment set-up.
