Bio
I am an economist from the Dominican Republic passionate about health economics research in a global context. I have more than seven years of experience working in healthcare research and policy for various organizations such as the Dominican Healthcare Government, AxisHealthDR, Pan American Health Organization, World Health Organization, European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, Bloom Public Health, and IPA Nigeria.
I hold a Master of Public Health in Global Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Harvard University in Population Health Sciences specializing in economics and global health systems.
Research Interests
- My research lies in the fields of health economics, development economics, and global health.
- I am interested in working on impact and policy evaluation on sexual and reproductive health, maternal and infant health, drug quality, and primary care implementation in the regions of Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa.
