Registration for MAA 2025 will take place through the Medieval Academy website; the registration portal will open on Friday, 3 January 2025.
Presenters in the MAA annual meeting are required to be Medieval Academy members by the time the meeting commences; while there are a few exceptions to this rule, presenters must contact MAA Executive Director Lisa Fagin Davis for approval.
In an effort to make the Centennial meeting accessible to as many scholars as possible, the general registration fee will be $100 for members ($125 for non-members), with the registration fee for members who are graduate students, contingent faculty, or independent scholars set at $50 ($75 non-member). These rates will increase by $50 on Monday, 17 February, so be sure to register early! Online registration for MAA 2025 will close on Thursday, 6 March 2025.
After that date, registration will be available on site in the lobby of the Barker Center; the registration tables will be open on Wednesday March 19th 12:30-4:00pm, on Thursday March 20th and Friday March 21st from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and on Saturday March 22nd from 8:00 am to noon. The on-site registration fee for MAA 2025 is $175 for MAA members and $200 for non-members, and can be paid by cash or credit card. In order to accommodate colleagues attending the concurrent meeting of the Renaissance Society of America/Shakespeare Association of America in Back Bay, MAA 2025 day passes will be available for purchase on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the registration desk. The fee for day passes is $75.
