Hotel transportation:
Complimentary morning and evening express shuttle service will be provided to and from the Hilton Doubletree Suites (400 Soldiers Field Road). Buses will stop at the front doors of the Doubletree, at the Sever Quadrangle gate on Quincy Street, and in front of the Barker Center at 12 Quincy Street. One-way travel time from the hotel to the conference venues will be approximately ten minutes. Note: The first Saturday evening departure will take place from Harvard Law School’s Wasserstein Hall, 1585 Massachusetts Avenue; subsequent shuttle service to the Doubletree will depart from the Barker Center stop on Quincy Street.

Getting to the Harvard campus from Logan Airport:
- MBTA subway: (1) Take the MBTA Silver Line shuttle bus (SL1) from the arrivals level of any airport terminal to South Station; (2) transfer to the MBTA Red Line subway toward Alewife (platform accessible by elevator or stairs); (3) exit at Harvard Square Station. The trip will take approximately 40 minutes, and is free of charge.
- Ride share: from any terminal, follow signs to the Ride App pick up area, located in the Central Parking Garage. Travel time is 15-25 minutes depending on traffic; fares are approximately $40.
- Taxis: available outside the arrival halls of Terminals A, B, and E, and on the ground level of the Central Parking Garage adjacent to Terminal C. Travel time is 15-25 minutes depending on traffic; fares are approximately $40.
Getting to the Harvard campus from South Station (Amtrak and Commuter Rail):
- MBTA subway: (1) from the Amtrak platforms, follow the signs to South Station/MBTA; (2) take the MBTA Red Line subway toward Alewife (platform accessible by elevator or stairs); (3) exit at Harvard Square Station. The trip will take approximately 15 minutes; one-way fare is $2.40.
- Ride share or taxi: the taxi pick-up area is on Atlantic Avenue, between the MBTA and Amtrak stations. The trip will take approximately 15 minutes; fares are approximately $25.
Getting to the Harvard campus from Back Bay Station (Amtrak and Commuter Rail):
- MBTA subway: (1) from the Amtrak platforms, follow the signs to Back Bay Station/MBTA; (2) take the MBTA Orange Line subway one stop to South Station; (3) transfer to the MBTA Red Line subway toward Alewife (platform accessible by elevator or stairs); (4) exit at Harvard Square Station. The trip will take approximately 25 minutes; one-way fare is $2.40.
- Ride share or taxi: the taxi pick-up area is in front of the station on Dartmouth Street. The trip will take approximately 15 minutes; fares are approximately $20.
Parking at Harvard:

Getting to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston:
- MBTA subway: (1) from the Harvard Square stop, take the inbound MBTA Red Line subway to Park Street; (2) transfer to the “E” branch of the MBTA Green Line subway towards Heath Street; exit at the Museum of Fine Arts station. The trip will take approximately 35 minutes; one-way fare is $2.40.
Getting to Boston College’s McMullen Museum:
- MBTA subway: (1) from the Harvard Square stop, take the inbound MBTA Red Line subway to Park Street; (2) transfer to the “B” branch of the MBTA Green Line subway towards Boston College; (3) exit at the Boston College station on Commonwealth Avenue (the museum is at 2101 Commonwealth Avenue, about 400 feet away). The trip will take approximately 45 minutes; one-way fare is $2.40.
- By car: Guests may park for free without a permit anywhere on the Boston College Brighton Campus after 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays, and all day on weekends. There is parallel parking available directly in front of the McMullen Museum entrance, in addition to parking in adjacent lots, highlighted in yellow on the map below. Between 9:00 and 5:00 pm on weekdays, visitors may park directly in front of the McMullen Museum and in additional visitor parking spaces in front of Cadigan Alumni Hall and the Theology and Ministry Library.
