Countway Library Center for the History of Medicine Accession Records

Countway Library creates accession records in ArchivesSpace, but these records are not made public. To provide transparency to users about its holdings, the library creates and then publishes ALMA stub bibliographic records. 

• The Joseph Loscalzo records are closed until processing due to the heavy presence of Harvard University records and some student records.
• The Executive administrative files of the Department of Environmental Health, 1939-2016 (inclusive) are closed until processing, because they consist entirely of University records, which are restricted for 50 years from the date of creation.
