Learning crisis

The education sector is characterized by low attendance rates, high dropout rates, and lower learning outcomes. Data from the Ministry of Education in preparation for the Regional Comparative and Explanatory Study (ERCE 2019), indicate that 87% of students in 6th grade do not meet the minimum reading requirements for their age.
