Dr. Meghna Middha
Dr. Meghna Middha is a Student Wellness Counsellor and interdisciplinary researcher with expertise in psychology, literature, and gender studies. She holds a PhD in English, with a specialisation in Gender and Narrative Representation in Literature and Film, and is currently a degree candidate in the ALM (Master of Liberal Arts) in Psychology at the Harvard Extension School.
With over a decade of experience in education and mental health, she currently serves as a school counsellor in India and mentors high-achieving high school students globally through Lumiere Education. Her work bridges the humanities and behavioural sciences, focusing on adolescent well-being, identity development, and the integration of Eastern and Western psychological frameworks.
A certified yoga and mindfulness educator, Dr. Middha is passionate about empowering young minds. She designs evidence-based interventions rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, and values drawn from the Bhagavad Gita. Her approach combines storytelling, psychoeducation, and creative modalities such as art-based practices, making psychological tools accessible and engaging for students.
Through her research, counselling, and mentorship, Dr. Middha continues to cultivate spaces where young people can explore their identities, build resilience, and thrive academically and emotionally.
