Veronica serves as the Director of Member Relations for IOPSC. Veronica specializes in designing and implementing culture and training initiatives that drive employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and create psychologically safe workplaces. She is working on her ALM in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to further her passions for fostering positive workplace cultures and building high-performance teams and leaders. Outside of work and school, Veronica is a mother of two young boys and enjoys cooking with her family.
