Marin Gray

Founder & Editor-in-Chief

Marin is a senior studying History of Art & Architecture and German. A former aspiring astrophysicist, her current research interests include the astronomical imagery of early modern Northern Europe. She is the Harvard Art Museums’ 2025 Alexis Gregory Fellow, a Harvard General Education Committee member, a research assistant with Mapping Color in History, and a writer and Arts Columns editor for The Harvard Crimson. In her free time, she is a painter, photographer, and cryptic cruciverbalist.

Jade Xiao

Co-Editor-in-Chief

Jade is a junior studying History of Art and Architecture with a secondary in English and citation in Spanish. Her current interests center upon the Southern Renaissance and Baroque periods, specifically metapictoriality and illusions in the painted medium. On campus, she also serves as a Design Executive and art writer at the Harvard Crimson, President of the Harvard Undergraduate Art History Society, and Student Guide at the Harvard Art Museums. 

Priya Allen

Priya is a junior studying History of Art and Architecture and German and pursuing a citation in Spanish. She was born and raised in Washington D.C., where she did unfortunately see politicians in their athleisure. Her artistic interests lie primarily in modernism, but she also has a soft spot for photography and architectural plans. In her free time, she helps run things at WHRB, Harvard’s radio station, and participates in production work for Harvard’s theater scene.

Sarah Bellagat

Sarah is a junior in Pforzheimer House studying Government and History of Art & Architecture, originally from Atlanta. She is interested in the medieval period, especially Gothic sculpture and painting. In her free time, she takes part in pre-law groups on campus and enjoys word games, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

Thomas Ferro is a senior in Winthrop House pursuing an honors concentration in English and a secondary concentration in Classical Civilizations. Thomas is the co-chair of The Harvard Crimson’s Arts Board. 

Rose Giroux

Rose is a senior in Leverett House studying History of Art & Architecture and East Asian Studies. She is from the Boston area, and loves to read and listen to music. She is passionate about the arts, public service, and education. On campus, she directs PBHA’s Chinatown Afterschool Program and writes for The Crimson Magazine, Fifteen Minutes. Rose is also Culture and Communication Consultant with the Harvard Derek Bok Center.

Sheridan Liew

Sheridan is a sophomore in Leverett House studying History of Art and Architecture with a secondary in Art, Film, and Visual Studies. Her research interests include questions of identity and cross-culturalism, particularly between the East and West in the 19th and 20th centuries. On campus, she can be found volunteering with the Chinatown Afterschool Program or designing for Harvard Yearbook Publications and Harvard Design Collective.

Tomisin is a senior in Pforzheimer House studying History of Art & Architecture and Philosophy. She is from the DC-metro area and loves reading, listening to music, traveling, and being in nature. Outside of HUAJ, she is also a Programs Assistant at the Harvard Art Museums and a Design Executive at the Harvard Crimson.

Frances Yee is a sophomore in Kirkland House studying History of Art & Architecture. She is from the Boston area and is passionate about Korean studies. On campus, she performs in the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club and is on the board of the Asian Students Arts Project.

Natalie Zhang

Natalie is a junior in Dunster House studying History of Art and Architecture (Architecture Track) and Psychology. Her research focuses on East Asian and European architecture, though she enjoys studying art from various regions and time periods. In her free time, she enjoys café-hopping, playing the piano, painting, reading, and designing for The Crimson.
