Fabrizio’s research explores the integration of AI into teams and organizations, with a particular focus on human-AI collaboration. He runs experiments that investigate the impact of AI on knowledge workers, its effects on team dynamics and performance, and its broader societal implications. Prior to his Ph.D. at Columbia, he had received degrees in economics from Bocconi University and London Business School. He had also co-founded several tech ventures.
