About the fund
The gift of the Northeast Chapter of the Society for Ethnomusicology on behalf of the Seeger family for the study of world music. Income from this fund is to be used for the purchase of library materials relating to music outside the Western art-music tradition and, for distinguished lectures in the field of ethnomusicology.
