About the fund
The gift of Robert Markewich, Class of 1940, Daniel Markewich, Class of 1962, Andrew David Ball LL.B. 1965, and Eve Rachel Markewich, Class of 1983, to establish a Judaica book fund in the Harvard College Library in memory of Samuel and Ida Markewich, a permanent endowment fund, the income of which is to be used in perpetuity for the acquisition of Judaica publications, with preference for books of American Jewish interest.
