About the fund
The gift of Gerald M. Gootman, Class of 1959, M.B.A. 1964 and Elliot C. Gootman, Class of 1965, to establish a Judaica book fund in the Harvard College Library in memory of their father Solomon Joseph Gootman, a permanent endowment fund, the income of which is to be used in perpetuity for the acquisition of Judaica publications.
