About the fund

The gift of Frieda Pat to establish a Judaica book fund in the Harvard College Library in memory of her husband Jacob Pat, a permanent endowment fund, the income of which is to be used in perpetuity for the acquisition of Judaica publications in Yiddish or related to the Jewish labor movement in Eastern Europe and for lectures and publications related to the Yiddish Collection.
