Highlights from the Open House

Welcome to the Fine Arts Library Blog. We have a new look now, but all of our previous posts are still here. It’s the same blog, but with a slightly different look.

This year, we held our annual Open House at the Fine Arts Library on October 4th. The Open House gives us an opportunity to showcase new acquisitions and examples from specialty areas within our Special Collections, including: Aga Khan Program for Islamic Architecture, Rübel Asiatic Research Collection, Digital Images and Slides Collection, Artists’ Books Collection, Facsimiles of Illuminated Manuscripts and East Asian Painting Scrolls, and Print and Photograph Collections.

It is always fun for us to meet students and our colleagues from other libraries too. Here are some highlights from the Open House. HOLLIS records are included, so that you can look up more information. Of course, if you have any questions about these materials, reach out to us via Ask a Librarian or request a research appointment.
