Current Project Status:
- The engagement with the selected vendor for the reimagined repository had began in August 2024
- Harvard stakeholders have been informed of the DRS Futures vendor selection and the start of Phase III: Implementation
- Project team is reviewed and finalized the implementation plan for Phase III
- Continued work on mapping needed changes for various deposit pipelines
- Continued planning, prioritization and design for integration components that will be developed by LTS team
Next Up:
- Finalize draft design for the SIP and AIP for the new system for initial review and testing
- Develop prototype tooling for content modeling and METS metadata serialization and start testing with representative sample of content
- Host introductory sessions with stakeholders to inform them about the new system and next steps on stakeholder engagement
