Harvard’s Office of Institutional Research Gets an Updated Name

Harvard’s Office of Institutional Research, which launched in 2003 to collect and synthesize data for University decision-making, received an updated name in January 2023. The office will now be called the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics (OIRA) to reflect the shift to meaningful analysis of data versus reporting.
