CoDA is comprised of a group of HBS staff volunteers who dedicate time to create a data-based community. With the eruption of Generative AI, HBS has embarked on a mission to transform the way we engage with—and learn from—one another. CoDA supports this drive by providing a space where staff can exchange ideas, troubleshoot problems, and develop analytical skills.

FY25 Goals
Enable data practitioners and analytics enthusiasts across HBS to connect with each other by:
- accelerating dialogue across organizational boundaries
- facilitating the cross-fertilization of knowledge in the rapidly evolving science of data
- offering educational workshops or other learning/networking opportunities
