In recent years, the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have accelerated at an unprecedented pace, posing significant ethical and societal challenges. This paper, “Integrating Humanistic Perspectives in AI Development,” aims to bridge the gap between technological innovation and humanistic values. By incorporating principles from sociology, anthropology, and philosophy, the study proposes a comprehensive framework for ethical AI development. The framework addresses critical issues such as bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems. Through case studies and theoretical analysis, this paper demonstrates the importance of embedding humanistic perspectives in the AI lifecycle—from design to deployment. The findings highlight the potential for AI to enhance societal well-being when guided by ethical principles rooted in human dignity and social justice. This interdisciplinary approach not only advances the discourse on AI ethics but also provides practical guidelines for policymakers, developers, and stakeholders committed to responsible AI innovation.
